Cape Town (Web Desk) – South Africa beat Pakistan by ten wickets to take the series 2-0. After the follow-on, Pakistan scored 478 runs, giving South Africa a target of 58 runs.

Shan Masood and Khurram Shehzad began the fourth day at 213 runs and one wicket down. Khurram Shehzad was removed for 18 runs out of a total of 235. Kamran Ghulam scored 28 runs and Saud Shakeel made 23 before being out. Captain Shan Masood was caught LBW and dismissed for 145 runs.

Mohammad Rizwan went on to score 41 runs, Salman Agha 48, Aamir Jamal 34, and Mir Hamza 16 before being removed. The entire squad went all out for 478 runs.

South Africa’s Kagiso Rabada and Keshav Maharaj each claimed three wickets, with Marco Jansen taking two.

In pursuit of 58 runs, the Proteas batted aggressively and reached the goal without losing any wickets.

As they returned to the pavilion, David Bedingham remained unbeaten on 44 runs, while Aiden Markram hit 14 runs without being out.
